This is a really quick, simple and tasty way to boost your intake of lovely greens, in this case spinach.Spinach is said to restore energy levels, increase vitality and improve the quality of the blood. This is due to its high level of iron which plays a central role in the function of red blood cells which help in transporting oxygen around the body, in energy creation and DNA production. It is also a great source of vitamin K which aids bone health. Not a boring green veg after all, and if you pair it with low-calorie, high fibre butter beans it keeps you fuller for longer. Plus some good quality sausages to enhance your protein intake, you’re looking at one mean meal!
