Yesterday we had the pleasure of being introduced to PiYo, a mixture of Pilates and Yoga. Vicky was an excellent instructor and talked us through the basics of PiYo before we got started.

Many of us thought that PiYo would be fairly slow moving much like Yoga, but it turns out we were wrong! By the end of it we were sweating buckets… but it was a great workout and lots of us are interested it taking part in Vicky’s 7 week programme.
